AMD 64 Multiplier Unlocked?

On the mobile A64 chips? I saw that newegg now carries the mobile chips, and I heard that they are multiplier unlocked like the mobile bartons. Can anybody confirm this?

 
I wouldn't doubt these motherboards couldn't offer multi changing with a hacked bios or the manufacturer releasing one though. I have heard some do at least have the option to do so though so you would just have to find the right motherboard.
