AMD 64 driver for win XP???

Looks like a update as XP with SP1 has the 1.1.0.0 ands this is the 1.1.0.1

But when I tried to update my system it said no better driver found, so I am still running 1.1.0.0

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
********************************************************************************
1) Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".

2) Select the "Hardware Tab" and click on the "Device Manager" button.
There should be a device section named "Processors" with a processor device.

3) Right-click on the processor device, and click on "Update Driver"

4) Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)", and click "Next"

5) Select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install", and click "Next".

6) Click "Have Disk", "Browse..." to the installation files and click "OK".

7) Ignore the warning about "This driver is not digitally signed!", by
clicking on "Next".

8) A box will appear: "The wizard has finished installing the software for
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor". Click "Finish" to complete the installation.

Updated it and v1.1.0.0 is what hardware manager displays, but with another date in the driver.

Yea that is the old driver, look at the date. I am not sure why WinXP will not take the 1.1.0.1 No biggie I guess?
