well the question is clear, tell me which and tell me why?
and would any utt do? or are vx specially designed? twinmos value utts are rather cheap.
k leave the economics out and back to performance.

btw, use the dfi ultra d as ref. board so you've got your electric memory chair

and are they hot tamales at that voltages?

VX will get go to around 265 fsb with 2-2-2-5 timmings. They need around 3.4V which the DFI board should have an option for, they are warrentied up to 3.6 but I wouldn't consider that safe for 24/7 usage. Bh-5 isn't made anymore, but if you can find it, they are very similer.

hmm, i know theyre similar, but will they be working hot, will they need active cooling, would any utt do, and etc .

and would these go higher on relaxed timings

I dont think they will need any special cooling as long as its 3.4V or under, relaxing the timmings doesnt help much, kinda like how raising the voltage on TCCD doesnt help. If you really want them to be cool, you can just get a fan blowing over them if you'd like.

Only the OCZ are warrantied up to 3.6 and guaranteed to overclock so far.
I would suggest some form of cooling for them at that voltage.
If you go for the TwinMOS, you are not guaranteed anything.
They're out of stock right now at all online vendors.

I said in my first post, they will do around 260-265 fsb with 2-2-2-5 timmings at around 3.4V.
