AMD 64 3200+ Venice Core OverClocking problem

Likely either the board or CPU holding you back. I have three Opteron 144 chips. Default is 1.8GHz and two of them can hit 2.7GHz easily while the third one can barely make 2.2GHz, all tested using same parts. Luck of the draw.
