Do you have Cool n Quiet on in the BIOS? I would look over the BIOS settings to make sure everything is okay.

My first inclination would be to clear the cmos. When you boot go to bios and set to most stable mode.

See what happens then. Almost sounds like you have the FSB set to 100mhz. But just guessing.

go into the bios, under the overclocking settings in the bios, and make sure the the cpu multiplier is at 10.

Exactly what I was going to say. The 3200 has a 10X multiplier and the FSB100 makes perfect sense. If you find that it is set @ 100, bump it up to 200 and you should be fine. Alternatively, it could be a FSB 200 with a 5X multiplier.

That 3dmark score is not really THAT low and you can see that it is not a VGA problem. The "low" 3dmark score is due to the scores that your CPU gives when determining the overall 3d score.

actually that not a bad 3dmark score for having a 1ghz proc. that cpu test always scores 5-10fps. im not exaclty sure what it does in that test. I think its placing the bulk of the rendering on the cpu.
