AMD 64 3200 question

I hate loud PC's... does anyone have a new AMD 64 3200, if so, how in your opinion does the fan (retail boxes) compare to the P4 retail box fan noise? I know some reviews are saying the retail fan is quiet, but they also say the retail 3.2Ghz P4 is quiet - when
that fan speeds up, its loud and vibrates... how does the AMD 64 3200 fare? I do NOT want to use OEM or third party fan at this time for a AMD 64.

Why not go for a 3rd-party HSF? Get the retail one, if it is too loud, get a Zalman.

It's stock voltage is only 1.5v man, it's also got a heatspreader. Cooling it while keeping the noise way down should by extremely simple.
