I just ran Performance Tune UP in Sandra 2005. For those of you unfamiliar with Sandra, it looks like it runs a test on all of your system. It detects what processor you have and so forth. Well a warning came up saying my VCORE voltage was to low. I really do not know what it is supposed to be. This is my first home brew machine. I checked the BIOS and the VCORE was running about 1.53+/- .02 if I remember correctly? Could that be why I have been feeling my OS is not as stable as my older machine? It to was running XP.

I would take Sandra with a large grain of salt. Your core readings are fine.
