AMD 64 +3000 + Soltek MOBO + Corsair VS RAM + Antec Smart Power 400w

My computer locks up and dosn't reboot.

This is a fresh built computer. I put it together last night.
I can't figure it out. I've ruled out the BIOS and Heat as possible causes. I suspect it may be the power supply.

I notice I can't install my printer via USB without incurring an error message, but that may be a seperate problem.

This is the big clue. After my computer crashes (locks up and freezes), I can't turn on my computer for at least 15 minutes.
I had to install a different power supply to restart it. Then when I reinstall my old power supply it will boot again.

I have updated all my drivers. I haven't updated my BIOS but I've checked Soltek they don't have a fresh version.

I have a SOLTEK SL-K8AN2E-GR Motherboard I'm wondering if there are issues with this MOBO
My PSU is ANTEC Smart power
I'm using Corsair Value Select pc3200

I"ve been up all night...
