AMD 64 3000+... socket 754, or 939?

Which should I go for?

Simple price increase of $30, but I don't know what it provides...

The socket 939 is on the .09 micron arcitecture while the 754 is on the .13 mciron arctiecture. The 939 overclock farther and support dual channel but other than that they are about the same. If you are looking to be more future"proof" than I would go 939.

939 provides dual channel 754 single channel DDR

now if I where you, i would go for the 939 version and make sure it si the 90 NM part. Those are getting some very good overclocks.
