I am getting very high temps on the machine I have installed the stock HeAT SINK FAN, THE Temp reaches 62"c at load and 50"c at stock. How do I lower the temps?
 
hmm...might want to get a better heatsink, also check that it is in proper contact with your chip.. might also want to check the thermal paste. Also, what temp software are you using to monitor? Asus probe?

idle mb @35, cpu @39, cpu fan @3250rpm
loaded mb @38, cpu @52, cpu fan @3300rpm

what's your fan's rpm at load? I've reached 5000rpm at one point without all the extra fans.

effee, we have a similar system. What's your temp and fan rpm?
