AMD 5200 Cooling: Stock or XP-90c

i just got an amd 5200x2 and was wondering if i could use my extra xp-90c, i was thinking about ordering the bracket but then i read a review and it said the stock heat sink with the cpu was a power house, but very load, i'm not to worried about sound as i just got a sound mated case.any idea on what one would be better?
