Ok, so I went out and spent a little money on:

AMD 4200+ X2 AM2
Asus M2N-E w/nForce 570 Chipset
1GB Samsung DD2-667
Sapphire x1950 Pro PCI-E

(Already had an Enermax 550W to power my x800 XT setup for future reference.)

CPU-Z is currently telling me that the X2 is running at 1.056-1.072 V, which is a *lot* lower than anywhere else I'm reading, and will probably explain why it's not stable as soon as I raise the FSB more than 10mhz.

Now, just to make a point, this is a Windsor core meaning it's the nifty little 65W version, which also would explain the voltage correct?

So the big question is, is this thing meant to do 1.3V like every other X2 on the block? And is it safe to bump it up accordingly?

Thus far I've ran 3DMark 2005 and 2006 demos, benched 9499 and 4902 respectively, and compared to many other posted scores, they're a little lower than I'd like.

The left one is from the website, right one is mine as I type this.

Suggestions/Ideas would be appreciated :/

That *doesn't* answer the question. None of the CPU's there are running at the aforementioned 1.056V, as I do not want to burn the thing out just because a guide says:

"Set vcore to 1.6 -1.65 for 130nm chips, 1.50-1.55 for 90nm chips "

1.5 is a *huge* step up from what it's sitting at right now.
