i was looking at a 35w amd 2400 and a 45w amd 2600, and i was just currious if i would get a better overclock from either one... I am looking to run them with a 200fsb and an appropriate multiplyer... Anyone have any preferences...they are about the same price...

Depends on the mobo. As far as 35w vs. 45w, from all the O/C attempts i've read there is no clear cut winner. Both are about equally as good. I believe the sweet spot would be the 35w 2400+ if you want "optimal" chances of overclocking. Either way, consider a good O/Cing mobo as well as a good H/S. Those seem to be the deciding factors as far as overclockability.

::Edit:: My 35w mobile barton runs at 2.4ghz at 1.7vcore. Gonna turn down the vcore see if it's stable later. not bad.

i just got a 2200+ as an upgrade for my uncle's computer
it is running at 2.08ghz perfectly stable at the lowest voltage his board supports
it could prob go a good bit higher but that is the highest mult his board supports and his memory was already running pretty high

overall my only experience with an athlon mobile was pleasant and it happened to be the 35w version
tho both versions are comparable i would expect

Day-to-day sig specs or this for me:
11.5 x 216.1 @ 1.775V
According to both Sandra and AbitEQ it is 1.76V actual and 40.5C under load.
