Ok, everyone is going crazy trying to figure out EXACTLY
what this CPU is. Only TigerDirect and NewEgg are selling them. We think
it is a Newcastle core at 130nm, 800HT, 512kb L2. Please help provide as
much detail as possible so we can finally answer the question. This CPU
is NOT listed anywhere on your website. We realize it is an OEM part,
but please add info to your site.

Thank you for contacting AMD's Technical Service Center.

Please keep in mind that the Athlon 64 3400+ 939-pin processors are
available in OEM versions only. So warranty coverage for the Athlon 64
3400+ 939-pin processors must be directed to the vendor where you
purchase this from and not with AMD.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have any technical specifications
for this processor available online for you to view. Please do be
aware, however, that the Athlon 64 3400+ 939-pin processor has
technical specifications very similar to that of the Athlon 64 3500+
939-pin processor. The only exception would be the fact that the
HyperTransport Link speed for the 3400+ is limited to 800MHz as opposed
to the 3500+ speed of 1GHz.

I have included a link to view further details on the specifications
for the 3500+ for your reference.

Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
contact me.

I saw a Athlon 64 3300+ 754 too. Apprently it is a HP oem model that has only 256k of cache but runs at 2.4Ghz.
