AMD 3200 Clawhammer vs Newcastle?

Please help with my education. Which AMD 3400 is best, the Clawhammer with the L2/1024k or the Newcastle with the L2/512k. I'm building a new system. Right now I can buy either one for the same price. It would seem to me that the better buy would be the Clawhammer. Am I on the right track?

One is 2.0Ghz with 1mb and the other is 2.2Ghz with 512kb. Go with the 2.2 Ghz one as Mhz matter more for A64's then does L2 cache

Yup, take the 2.2GHz Newcastle. It will be faster than the 2.0GHz Clawhammer.
