i've been looking around at prices for the new athlon-c chips, and i have some questions. some of the retailers only have 30, 90 day warranties, while other have 3 year warranties. why is that? and also, i'm assuming since all of these are advertised as oem, they don't come with a heatsink/fan. so what is a good fan? should i buy that separately? or will i get a better deal finding a retailer that sells the chip w/a fan already? does anyone know of a place that has good service/prices on these chips?

sorry for all the questions.. thanks

Look for the sellers on PriceWatch.com, and then check their scores over atResellerRatings.com.

i know all that.. but i'm not neccesarily inclined to believe resellerratings 100% just thought maybe people knew of companies that might not be on pricewatch, or they've had good exp and low prices from. oh well

Hey there. I buy my stuff from Comp-U-Plus. They have excellent service and technical support. Also, I like Neutron. They too have excellent prices and support. CrazyPC is da bomb when it comes to supplies to tweak your computer. They have very reputable service as well as prices that can fit into anyone's budget. That's where I purchase my high-end PSUs, like Enermax. Also, I have ordered some HSF combos as well, which include the GlobalWin FOP38. Those are my favorite stores online. Hope that helps.
