AMD 2500+ Barton

Hi all,

I am probably going to get a new processor in the very near future, I just needed to know :-

1) Do all AMD 2500+ have Barton cores?

2) Where's the best place to buy them? (Which websites)

Yes the 2500+ is only made in a Barton Core

I would buy the CPU from newegg, great service.

I've had a look on Dabs.com and they've got them on there. Theres something I'm not quite sure of, they got 2 of the same, one had a box and the other doesn't - There is £15 different in price, do you know what this refers to?

one is retail .. 3 year warranty from AMD and has a retail heatsink and fan.
other is OEM .. 1 year warranty and you'll have to buy your own heatsink and fan,.
