AMD 2400+ Unlocking?

Has anyone here tried to unlock an AMD2400+ yet? Since its a thoroughbred-b, it may not be the same as the A or palamino. I'm curious if anyone has seen any pics, or will just bridging the L1s work as always?

I have a couple of other questions:

1) Anyone have a good guide to lapping a heatsink?

2) Whats the proper method to applying arctic silver thermal compound? Do you really need to apply it to both the heatsink and the cpu core too?

3) what stores have people had luck at buying rear window defogger repair compound at? I tried kragen and autozone, and neither seemed to carry it according to their web sites.

you don't need a guide to learn to lap a heatsink
just get a peice of glass like from a picture frame
and some wet sand paper the finer the grit the better
and just work it from there

as far as the rear window defogger kit if you can't find that you can also use conductive paint or "circuit writer" pens
you can get those at some electronics places like Fry's if they have one of those near you
as far as there being any differences between the bridges and unlocking techniques
you'll just hafta wait and see
there shouldn't be any differences tho... lets hope atleast

3)Websites dont always list EVERYTHING, only way to find it is to actually leave your house and go to an automotive parts store, pretty much ANY of them should have it.
