I just purchased an AMD 1700XP and a Biostar mobo. Winbond is telling me this is running at 1.1 GHz. I thought the 1700 were 1.4 GHz. Am I missing something?
 
Set your FSB to 133Mhz in the BIOS, it is currently running at 100Mhz. 10.5*133 = 1400Mhz. 10.5*100 = Just under 1100Mhz :beer:
