Your sensors must be off, or you have them switched. When air cooling, your system CAN'T be higher temps than the cpu. I recommend the Millenium Glaciator, very quiet with very good temps.
CPU temps are normally 10-20 C higher than the system temps....if you have system temps at 60C, your CPU would be toast. Did you try checking temps in the BIOS to see if they're mixed up? BIOS tells it like it is.
