The complete code on the CPU is:

A1400AMS3C
AYHJA 0144APBW
Y7129730424

Is this about as good as they come? The L1 bridges appear to be closed :D

I am going to put this in a system that I am planning on selling in the FS/FT forum and I want to make sure that this is in fact a rare "C" version, unlocked TBird. The board that I tested it on does not have Multiplier options, the one that I am building in the system (hasn't come yet) does...

Any advice? Observations, etc on this CPU?

Thanks everyone :)

AYHJA Y 's were the best i think

with good cooling/components id say 1.7-1.8 isnt far fetched

That was one sweet CPU :) It was the fastest desktop CPU for some time, then the XP's came along in the Fall along with faster P4's. It's a pretty good OC'er too, but they run very hot. All of the 1.4's were unlocked AFAIK. I think I had mine up to 1.65Ghz or so. Been a long time though, but thats as good as they got, AYHJA for the T-birds.
