AMD 1.47 - 1700 with Shuttle AK31....setting?

ok excuse the newbie in me.... I just got my new AMD 1.47- 1700 on my new Shuttle AK31 V3.1 I have to change the cpu frequency to 133 so the multipler ( 11 ) could bring it to 1.47ghz. the default frequency was 100... does this sound normal.... I dont want to fry anything!

Yup, it's normal.
Many times a motherboard will default to 100Mhz FSB when installing a new cpu.
If the chip is rated at 1.47 and you change the FSB to 133Mhz you'll be absolutely fine.
