AMD 1.4 from Newegg Unlocked?

I did a search on this but only came up with one good thread before but it didn't say where they ordered them from, I was wondering if the ones from newegg were all unlocked? I know in OEM you can order the AYJHA stepping, and it seems people who got the AYJHA stepping all came unlocked, just wondering if anyone has ordered from newegg and gotten a locked 1.4? if you did what stepping? and oem or retail?
 
My friend ordered a locked 1.33 AXIA from BzBoyz, probably the worst dealer on ResellerRatings.com. I felt bad for him so I unlocked it with a pencil 😀

A 1.33 locked? hmmm...didn't know that 1.33's came locked...sounds fishy...
 
i ordered a 1.2ghz from newegg and it came unlocked. i think compuwiz's website says all cpu's 1.2ghz and higher are factory unlocked.
