How?:D

I have a shuttle ak31 rev. 3.1. In bios it has CPU voltage at 1.776, VCore is set to "Default" of which it can be adjusted by .025 v up to .225v, CPU ratio adjustable by .5 up 12 then it goes 13-14, CPU clock is set to 133.

Thanks in advance for your help!!:D

In general, for most boards, you can do it in your CMOS screen. Multipler/Clock will determine speed.

Lightening, be patient.

If you want to try OC'ing, try adjusting the clock first and keeping the multiplier constant. I'd try 135, then 140, then 145, etc, until you can't boot. Adjusting the voltage can help stability also. Get programs like 3DMark 2001 and Prime95 to test your stability. There may be more info on what you can do for OC'ing at http://www.amdmb.com
