AMD 1.33 GHz needing new HSF

I have an AMD 1.33 GHz on an Asus A7V266-E mobo. I had this in a smaller case but was running at 60 degrees so I got a Noblesse case for more room and cooling potential. I am down to 53 degrees now but I would like to go cooler if possible. I'm running a DP5 6I31C HSF right now. Was thinking about switching to the Dragon Orb 3+ A1135. I've seen them for sale on here pretty cheap as everyone says they are screaming loud due to the 7000 RPM fan. Sound doesn't bother me as I am half deaf. I'm just looking for the best cooler I can get for under $45. Any help would be appreciated. I am running 2 fans in the rear of the case but needing to get 2 in the front of the case. Any suggestions on what fans to use in front or rear? Thanks everyone for your help with this.

Best cooler for under $45 would be either the Alpha Pal 8045 or Thermalright AX-7. Actually you could pick up either one of those, a nice quiet Panaflo or Sunon fan, and a tube of ASIII for under $45 shiped.
