AMD 1.1 and Leadtek GeForce2 lockups

i can't tell what's causing my system to lockup all the time, about 90% of the time using my computer it locks up and i need to reboot.
i just put together a AMD 1.1 with Leadtek GeForce2, ECS K7VZA MB, i have all the latest drivers. Someone mentioned to me that i may need to install only part of the 4in1 drivers from ECS and then part from Leadtek. Does anyone know about this or what else could be causing this? I've done several fresh reinstalls of win98 SE and no luck. sometimes it locks up afer 1 hour sometimes after 7 hours, its really random and don't think its a heat issue.
