Amber Alert issued in WA state

Apparently a 5 y/o boy was taken from school near Everett WA by a 20+ y/o Hispanic male. How can someone do this? I hope they catch the ahole and casterate him. This was announced about 11 am PST over the radio.

How can someone do this? A lot of these are custody battles where the perpetrator is blood related to the abductee. Not saying that this is the case here because we don't have the full story.

It's fairly easy, just pull up in a white van and ask them if they've seen your lost puppy.
he fact that a 5 year old was anywhere alone to where he could be abducted is what needs to be questioned.
