Amazon White Glove Service

I will be ordering the Samsung LN46A550P through Amazon (along with other goodies) and I have a quick question for anyone who has used their White Glove sevice: Did you tip, and if so, how much?
 
I got my 40" Sony Bravia online and I didn't tip the delivery guy. Now that I think about it I guess I should have.
 
I did not tip. All they did was set it down and take the lid off the box, I didn't feel the need (Crutchfield actually, but I know what White Glove is all about). I would have a tip handy. If they are on time, friendly and helpful, I say tip.
