Amazon video not loading through Samsung smart hub?

Samsung 65" ku6300 series - the Amazon Video app was working fine a couple days ago but now when I select it, it will stall for a few seconds and do nothing. No Amazon video logo or anything. Netflix app works fine. I tried removing and re-adding the app but it never let me reinstall it acting like it's already installed. So I've even reset my smart hub and the app is back but same thing happens. It doesn't start when selected.

No software update for the TV is available.
