I picked up the coffeemaker and thought about picking up the toaster
the coffeemaker came to 17.83 with shipping, 7.89 seems like a lot for shipping but, it sounds like a good deal for that price and will look great in the kitchen of my new apartment.

Thanks for the good deal

I got the Revere Pots and Pans set about a month ago for the same price... It is better quality stuff than the pictures make it out to be. They have nice, thick aluminum bottoms to all the pans. No flimsy stuff. They aren't great, but for $16, everyone needs the pots you can bang around...:)

Sadly, shipping on the set is $16!!!! Still not a bad deal....

I got in on the Corduroy pants last week, both colors, as well as the men's fleece pullover in green, they arrived last night.

Technically this is a repost, but very well done, I really like the organized layout. Good example for others of "if you're going to do a repost, do it the right way."

The manufacturer on the cords are "Cherokee" and they seem to be of decent construction, I'm wearing a pair in the office right now. They're wide wale cords, not huge skater wide, and quite soft. The pullover is servicable, nothing special, decent odds that it ends up being swiped by wife for "walk in the door from work, get comfy and warm" purposes.

Two pairs of engineering office capable cords and a pullover for 20 bucks shipped? At least as warm as the fleece will keep you.

KF

edit: Gato might have been the guy who posted the cords originally, in which case I bow in the dust, being far too lazy to actually look it up

Thanks ElGato for your work. Prices are great, but shipping sux.

"Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound."

unfortunately, i found the same to be true - the shipping was about half of what i put in my cart, no matter what i put in or took out - i decided it wasn't worth it...not even with the 10% off coupons out there for target..

thanks though...
mf:(

I even added enough non-Target stuff to get free SuperSaver shipping -- except that the "free shipping" simply didn't apply to the Target items. :(

Wasted a bunch of time saving nothing. (I was stupid, obviously, but the bargain hunting blood is strong.... :))

Dang nab it!!!!!

I just ordered a modem for $89.99 from Amazon.....looked, but didn't see anything worth adding for around $10 (to get free shipping).

Ugh.....if I had only waited one more day I would have caught this!

:(

If it makes you feel any better, I don't think Target items count towards your $99 for free shipping. They also won't ship for free, even if you have $99 of regular Amazon stuff in your cart with them.

OK at the risk of sounding stupid and off topic. What are referal links? and how do people make money of of them. BTW the links above do not make me any money, so if they are referal I apologize, since referal links are against the rules.

On another note I thought about shipping too before posting these, I was actually going to post this on Monday but delayed. However, I realized that on certain items and for some people these will still be hot even with the shipping.
