I have until april on my phone contract and my phone is really starting to show its age. Does anyone know #1 a way to get out of a contract? and #2 if the amazon deals in the link below will continue?

My contract is about to run out, so I'm looking to get a new phone. If I get a phone from amazon, would I be able to keep my old number, even though I'll have to activate again? Would it be possible to get the same deal without activation?
