Guess it's just not my luck. Bought my first cell phone from them about a month ago, no problem there. Except they never updated the order so it's still showing up as "being shipped", but not completed. Which means I can't access my Gold Box. I've emailed them several times and exchanged emails for about a week, as they were "working to correct the problem". A month later, they never got around to it. Oh, well, not like I want to buy any of the ramdon sh!t they throw in there anyway. Still annoying though.
Then on September 10th I bought another cell phone + plan (same one, this time for my mom), with 2 day shipping. It was supposed to be here on September 13th. Still no package. Online it says it hasn't even been shipped yet. And their "we usually reply within 24 hours" policy is total BS. I've already sent them several messages.
Is there a number I can call? I'm really pissed and someone's about to get their head bitten off :|
