Amazon shipping question

Hey..

A person is willing to buy my book which I posted on amazon. However, he wants it shipped by 2 day USPS and has agreed to foot the shipping bill. My question is, how do I get him to pay for the bill? Does USPS have an option wherein the receipient of the package pays for it? If not, how do I go about doing it?

He didnt have a paypal account so I asked him to create one. However, he said he's having "problems" so as a backup, do you guys have any suggestions on ways for him to send the money over?

Thats what I was thinking ... Was trying to think of an easier online route like paypal...

Well, they asked me if I wanted to offer expedited shipping as an option ( for which they would offer me a $5.50 credit ) which I didnt at that point of time. Regardless, priority shipping cost me $10.40 so he would have had to reimburse me anyway.
