Amazon S3 backup tools?

I'm looking to start using Amazon's S3 service to backup my important stuff/pictures. I know mozy has a $5/mo option, but their client is still in beta, and a little buggy. I'm not quite convinced of their business plan, or how "unlimited" really works. Granted, EMC did buy them out, so who knows.

But looking to Amazon, the two tools I'm seeing are jungledisk or using transmit 3. I'm not to fond of jungledisk because it uses a proprietary bucket system, but it is completely cross platform, which is nice.

The thing I want to be able to do is incremental backups/sync. As far as I can tell, this can't be done at the bit level, and only file size change can be detected?

Anyone else trying to do the same or something similar?
