Ordered the Santa Cruz card this weekend on my Mastercard and was looking at my recent charges and noticed thay charged me by accident the super saver shipping of $6.17
so i ring them up and wait 15seconds on hold and the rep confirms that they made a mistake so he credits me back the $6.17 plus $5.00 more for the trouble plus they are going to send me a $20.00 coupon for future purchase.

Nice way to go Amazon
