Amazon question

I ordered 3 items, two of 1 and 1 of another. They say the two of 1 has been shipped, and I got it, but all 3 items were there. They say the 1 of another item is still waiting on shipping.


What are these guys smoking? Last time I ordered something they left out half the order, this time they shipped everything but dont realize it..

a guy from eGay once sent me the same item 3 times.
I only paid for it once and never complained or questioned anything.

I still dont understand how Amazon stays in business. They must get complaints about orders all the time, because the one time I called them and told them they left something out of my order, they immediately shipped it out to me, no questions asked.
