Amazon question - how to ask reviewers a question?

I've reviewed a few items on Amazon before and I've been sent and answered questions asked by others, but I can't see how to actually ask a question. Has anyone done it before?

When you post a question, Amazon emails people who have recently purchased the product or posted a review - it's automagical, I thunkd'd.

Every listing I look at has a "customer questions and answers" section near the bottom of the page. Right after is a "have a question? Ask the owners here."

I just looked at a few random listings on Amazon.

Some have the "Have a question? Ask the owners here" box above the existing questions/answers, some below. I do see some listings with no question form at all (Fire HD 6 Tablet).

If I'm correct, I wonder why there isn't.

No. Is it present on _any_ media? Looking at a few other DVDs and CDs, I see reviews, but I don't see any question/answer section.

You can, however, leave a comment or ask a question for each inididual review.
