ahhh. the GF claims she didn't like the first season (though watched all of it together, wtf?) so still have't started it...will see.

His run for Senate in 2004. Many people seem to think his opponent for that seat was actually Allen Keyes....lol, he wasn't. Keyes was a last minute carpetbagger desperation fill-in from the repubs because the preferred opponent, Jack Ryan, had to uh...bow out near the end of the campaign.

Up to 2x06 now. It's good, but I think season 1 is much more engaging. Which is probably better because I was fine to just stop watching and continue the next day. Back in season 1 I couldn't stop watching and felt like I had to blast through the whole thing.

It is messing me up that Deputy Chief Irv's wife is 'cousin Pam' from The Cosby Show :D

Just finished Season 2. I agree that S1 was more engaging. I think my issue with S2 is that there were just too many threads to the story. It was like a European vacation that covers 7 countries in 7 days. Spending a week in 1 or 2 cities would have been more memorable.
