Should I be watching this? I might have to give Season 1 a try. I just don't generally find myself attracted to cop shows, so I rarely give them an honest chance.

I've been meaning to one day watch The Wire because of how highly praised it is and how often it is still referenced... but again, all the other shiny things on TV usually draw my attention.

Yeah I started watching Narcos but it wasn't a show that grabbed me hard, but that's not a problem at all, I just had a lot of other TV that was pulling me hard to watch it so it couldn't quite compete for my attention at the time. I definitely need to get back to watching it, it is definitely great.
I finally started watching House of Cards again, I was about half-way through the first season when other things grabbed my attention. Also a terrific show.

Aha, I had seen that come up in my searches but thought I was supposed to be looking for something else.

Sounds great - now added to my list to watch. No wonder I never get around to watching critically acclaimed series for years ago - I can't catch up with my list of what's current and catching my interest, let alone going to older shows.

Finished binge watching that one myself earlier and caught it up to date, I'm a pirate fan
