So my latest Prime order was shipped yesterday via a company called Ontrac. Is Amazon getting away from UPS? Anybody have any experience with this company?
It doesn't, really. I'm mostly curious because it's been a really long time since I've seen a really large company ship stuff using anything other than Fedex, UPS, or DHL.
I've had a few orders delivered by some service called A-1. No issues with them but I was home everytime. Not sure what happens if I'm not home (leaving a notice..etc).
I paid for overnight shipping once and they ended up sending a courier to my house. Was just a kid with a company magnet attached to the side of his car wear cargo shorts and a t-shirt, haha.
I haven't dealt with them, but my prime deliveries have always been on time. One time last year I got some weird delivery company (can't remember the name), but it got to me on time so no complaints.
