Amazon made a mistake and charged me twice for shipping. What's the email address I can contact them at? I can't find an customer service email on their help page. Thanks!
 
Amazon screwed my order several times when i add in coupons or when its free shipping.

the email is somewhere on the site
just tell them your situation and they credit you back the mistake.

I'd have to agree with Dubya on this one. My experience with Dell's Indian tech support has been less than enlightening.

Anyone who suggested calling is giving good advice. B!tching is so much easier over the phone.
