I ordered this this
but got this holster thing

Problem is my phone is in the red on low battery, with beeps and warning. I paid the lil bit extra for overnight shipping through comp 2 month Amazon Prime account. Ordered the charger on the 5th @ afternoon EST.

Everything on the shipping statement is correct, except the wrong thing is in the box. When I click the return link to send this back (which btw may likely cost more than the actual item), there is no indication of any return possible for either this shipment.

The mistaken product just arrived 6th @ 4:30. But my account page says that the order/item I wanted is shipping soon to arrive Dec 8, 2005 - Dec 9, 2005 .

First time ever had a problem with Amazon in ?? years.
Any advice is appreciated. Phone is almost dead!

Cliffs:
wrong item shipped overnight (correct info in shipping statement)
can't return b/c site shows no indication order shipped
proper item in account page says going to ship Dec 8th-9th
phone draining

I sent an email through their webform, so hopefully I will know what is up within 24 hours. I cancelled my other order that was open until this all gets figured out.
