Um...I was looking at Need For Speed Most Wanted and it's a digital game but Amazon says unavailable. Anyone else see that?

I wish Sniper Elite 2 was on sale. That is the only thing I been waiting for as far as sales go. I may get Shogun 2 but it was never high on my lists of 'must get'.

Some of these games can't be activated on Origin or Steam. I bought Mass Effect and it wouldn't activate. Sadly I can't get any of the DLC either.

The description should say something about requiring Steam or that the DRM is Steam if it's Steam-able.

It looks like Saints Row 2 is steamable ("Requires Steam Client to activate."), so I'll probably pick that up. The graphics will be a step down from 3, but the game play is supposed to be good.

I just realized something. Amazon has a downloadable copy of Manhunt 2, which is currently on sale for $7.50. I remember they decided to stop selling this game a couple years ago, but somehow Amazon distributes it now.

Manhunt 2 for PC is kind of special. It's the only video game in existence to be given an "Adults Only" ESRB rating purely for violence and gore (see the AO badge on the Amazon product picture). This classification was usually reserved for porn games or sex games.

It was a big deal when it came out back in 2007; the game was developed for consoles as well, but because Sony and Nintendo wouldn't allow an AO game on their systems, they forced Rockstar to censor the execution scenes so it could be re-reviewed and bumped down from an AO rating to an M rating.

The PC version, however, is mostly uncensored, and it still has the AO rating. It's not a very note-worthy game otherwise... the gameplay is average and the graphics aren't much better than the console version. But if you want to experience a controversial piece of gaming history, I think it's worth checking out.

Edit: Looks like the price will actually go down to $3.75 on the 29th if you're willing to wait.

I don't see anyone mentioning that you can get Stronghold Crusader HD for FREE. This deal is only active a few days, but it is active as of now. I just got the game 100% free. Amazon first asks you to get another crappy Stronghold game for free, and register the account, and when you do, they send you an email with a promotion to get Stronghold Crusader HD for free!

Thanks for the heads up. I've had a gift balance of about $30 for a long time now, and I've wanted to try The Walking Dead for a while as well.

I bought the code and activated it in two seconds flat, can't wait to play.

b1 and b2 sales starts May 17th; there are a lot of game that start/end at different times so you should probably look at the full list (which includes the dates). Think steam christmas sale - 'cept amazon appears to have pre-announced everything.

Borderlands 1 and 2 is showing $70. Some others aren't there at all.

Wow, ok that's a lot, feels like a Christmas sale.

I might pick up a few, including Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (played and loved it on XBOX 360, got a gamepad for PC so might as well buy it), and maybe Mount & Blade (saw a lot of footage, never played, seems fun). Also, I completely agree regarding the Dreamcast pack, no Power Stone is criminal! Hehe (yeah never was made for PC, a shame... PC needs more fighting games seriously).

I've mostly played the game on my 360, but I got it for the PC awhile ago (not sure why...). However, there was something that really annoyed me with it. I think the game would just randomly freeze for a second, and that really throws you off when you're trying to get some crazy drifts! It's not like my PC is too paltry to run the game as I have an i5-2500k + GeForce GTX 680.

I'm not seeing it listed anywhere in these lists, but Amazon confirmed Bioshock Infinite will be on sale Sunday. Don't know how much it will be, so we'll find out.
