I must admit, I've never really had a problem with them and the times I've needed to return something things have gone well.

thats it, dell should just hire them to do its stuff (dell does not consider itself to have world-class customer service)

Every time I have dealt with Amazon customer service I have gone away a happy customer. If only all companies were like this........
