Amazon Guesses PS3 at $299

Amazon is just guessing the price but boy would this be good marketing move by SOny to release rumors like this about a month before Xbox 360 hits. It would be like the Dreamcast launch all over again.

 
Wow that's a huge loss for selling them at that price for Sony. Don't they cost $500 to make?

They still have the lameass controllers.
 
HAHA, the descriptions of the pictures are so funny.

"White, silver, or black? Pick your poison."

Then they show a picture of the PS3: "Playstation 3: Tower of power."

"The Sony PlayStation 3 console is described by Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. (SCEI) President and CEO, Ken Kutaragi as a 'supercomputer for computer entertainment.'"
