I'm wondering if Roku is worth it for 1/2 the price of Boxee. I like the advantage of Boxee getting OTA but I don't think my area gets good OTA signal. My current situation:

main TV (smart) with Cablevision DVR and basic TV
One TV upstairs that's now useless since cablevision encrypted basic
One in the basement that just has a DVD player attached

I was considering getting Boxee for upstairs. Not sure if it's worth it since I just DVR everything I want to watch anyway. What I would want it for is something in the background as I'm on the computer.
