I ordered a cell phone and service plan from Amazon on July 13, but I noticed tonight that they're now offering free 2-day shipping on the phone I ordered. So I called up Amazon's customer service line and inquired about upgrading the shipping, and the rep did it right over the phone - so now I'll get my phone 2-3 days earlier than I previously expected.
