Same, beat me to it. Picked up the 250GB BX100 for a little system build for my nephew. Wasn't expecting to use an SSD in this box, but at this price for this capacity, why not?

Currently fighting the temptation....Free same day delivery isn't helping the fight.

Oh well....Caved in and ordered a MX200 500GB to use as a storage/steam drive.

1TB has a tempting price but figured with my current 500GB SSD I have more than enough storage.

What is up with the referral link, aren't those against the rules?
Use http://www.amazon.com/gp/goldbox
and just hit the link "Up to 65% Off Select Crucial and Lexar Memory Products " that you see.

It isn't a referral link.

In the market for a SSD but with black friday right around the corner... Im hesitant to pull the trigger on a 500gb drive. I think we'll see $100 price mark before too long...

Pretty nice deal though

Yep. The experience tells that the price would be lower with the black friday coming around.

Guesses anyone?

Here are mine for various new drives on Black Friday (without added coupon discounts factored in):

120GB to 128GB $35

240 GB to 256 GB $50 ( Lowest price so far that I know of was $54.99 for this PNY with SMI SSD controller, DRAM buffer and MLC NAND--> http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2444508 )

480GB to 512GB GB $100

Black Fridays of the past several years have been very disappointing. You may get a better price than this, but it might be for a lower tier SSD. Or you might not get a lower price at all, or it might go out of stock before you have a chance to hit order button. The way things have been I'd advise not to wait for Black Friday just to save, maybe, big maybe, a few dollars.
