My first order from Amazon was almost 5 years ago. Amazon is definitely in my top 5 favorite internet sites (AnandTech, eBay, Amazon, PayPal, imdb).

I agreee, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Even on the couple of occasions that there were problems with an order their CS people went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I'm a happy regular shopper >>



i totally agree. one time i had an order that was taking a long time to deliver, totlaly not their fault, it was the post office's fault yet they had no problem refunding the shipping price. their responses are always fast too!
