Amazon.com don't take Amex Private payment ?

no personally experience...but the private payment number is the same as having a regular card. they shouldnt be able to tell the difference in a full time card and a single use (well of course you really can by looking at the first digits, but i dont think there would be any difference between the original amex card and the single use one, the same as with the difference in a mastercard and a visa).
